Stephanie Eddins Obituary
It is with great sadness that we share the news of the death of Stephanie Eddins. Stephanie was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, and friend. She passed away suddenly on Monday, May 28th at the age of 35.
Stephanie was born in Tampa, Florida on October 1st, 1983. She graduated from Gaither High School in 2001 and then went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida in 2005. After college, Stephanie married her high school sweetheart and they had two beautiful children together.
In her free time, Stephanie enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach, and traveling. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. A funeral service will be held for Stephanie on Saturday, June 2nd at 11:00 am at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Tampa.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association or St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Stephanie’s memory.
Stephanie Eddins was born in Houston, Texas and raised in a small town outside of Dallas. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in English and a focus on Creative Writing. After college, she moved to New York City to pursue a career in publishing.
While working as an editor at a small press, she began writing her first novel. Her debut novel, The Memory Painter, was published by Penguin Random House in 2015. She currently lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two cats.
